Avocado Blueberry Smoothie
Vegetarian, gluten, dairy and nut-free
Ingredients: 1 serving
- 2 cups unsweetened plant milk
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- ¼ ripe avocado, remove pit and skin
- 1 serving of vanilla or chocolate plant protein powder
How to Make
- Add ingredients into a blender in the order listed above
- Blend until smooth
- Serve and enjoy!
- Save by sealing in a mason jar or drink immediately
